JWflows Book a 20-min audit

An AI automation studio

Some of your work deserves a human.
The rest, I automate.

JW Flows builds AI systems for the jobs you shouldn't be doing by hand: answering enquiries, writing reports, triaging the inbox, producing content. I mostly work with small agencies, estate agents and trades. Fixed price, plain English, and you own everything I build.

What's already running

Case — paid advertising

Ads that make themselves, and learn what works

My recipe app, TastyGenie, was paying £20 for every new customer on Meta. Every ad was made by hand: slow, expensive, impossible to test at any real volume.

So I built a pipeline of AI agents that script the ad, generate the presenter, assemble and caption the video, ship it, and then read the results to decide what to make next. Creative output went from a trickle to on demand.

Result

£20 £1–3 per customer. My money, my ad account: I'll show you the dashboard on the call.

Case — social media

An entire social presence, on autopilot

TastyGenie's social channels run themselves. Every reel, every carousel, every caption across six platforms: planned from yesterday's performance, produced, scheduled and even replied to by agents. See it live on TikTok — nothing there was posted by hand.

Nothing ships without passing brand-voice and quality checks first. The system learns which hooks, formats and posting slots perform, and plans tomorrow accordingly.

Result

Daily output across six platforms, hands-free.

Case — email & admin

Five inboxes, one ten-minute morning

Running multiple businesses meant five inboxes of support tickets, sponsorship offers, refunds and spam. Hours of triage, every single day.

Now agents read everything overnight: sort it, flag what matters, bin what doesn't, and draft replies in my own voice — same phrasing, same sign-offs, learned from years of my sent mail. I read a short briefing with the drafts ready, change a line or two, and press send.

Result

Hours of admin a ten-minute review, every morning.

Case — customer support

Support that ships the fix

Support requests for my apps are read, triaged and answered automatically, in the product's voice. Refunds get handled, questions get answered, and recurring themes get logged so the product improves.

The part most people don't believe: when a user reports a genuine bug, an agent reproduces it, writes the code fix, and queues the patch for review. The reply to the user and the repair to the product often arrive together.

Result

Tickets answered with the fix already written.

Case — operations

The assistant that runs my day

The deepest build: a personal assistant that runs the operational side of my day. It briefs me each morning across every venture, watches the calendar, preps me for calls, chases what's gone quiet, and speaks its reports out loud. I call it JARVIS. Yes, I know.

You probably don't need one of these. It's here to show what's possible when a system is built around how you actually work rather than bolted on from a template.

Result

One operator, running four ventures, calmly.

I build these systems for myself first. Then I build them for you.

What I'd automate for you

/01

Speed to lead

The 8pm viewing request, the weekend boiler job, the web form nobody sees until Monday: answered, qualified and offered a slot in your calendar within the minute.

/02

Client reporting

For agencies: the monthly report assembles itself from your live data, written the way you'd write it. Your team checks it instead of building it.

/03

Inbox & admin

Triage, drafted replies in your voice, follow-ups that chase themselves. The system I run on my own five inboxes, fitted to yours. You still press send.

/04

Customer support

Tickets triaged and answered in your brand's voice, around the clock. Where there's a genuine bug behind the ticket, the fix gets drafted too — queued for approval, never shipped blind.

/05

Content & creative

Briefs become finished, on-brand assets at volume: social posts, ad variants, property listings. A feedback loop learns which ones perform.

/06

The odd one out

The workflow only your business has: the spreadsheet ritual, the copy-paste chore between two systems that don't talk. That one is usually the most valuable.

Recognise one of these? Book the twenty minutes and bring it with you.

How an engagement runs

i.

The audit

Twenty minutes, free, no jargon. You talk me through how the work actually gets done; I tell you honestly what's worth automating, what isn't, and roughly what it costs.

20 min · free · you leave with a map

ii.

The build

A written scope first: what it does, what it costs, when it ships. Builds start at £750. Then I build it, usually inside one to three weeks. You see it working on your real work before final payment.

fixed price · builds from £750 · 1–3 weeks

iii.

The handover

Your accounts, your data, your system. Everything runs on your own logins, your data stays in your stack, and none of it is used to train anyone's model. Documented and demonstrated. I stay on hand to run and sharpen it if you want me to; you're never locked in.

you own it · your data stays yours · support optional

I'm not an agency, and I won't pretend to be one. When you hire JW Flows, the person you talk to is the person who builds the thing.

I've spent the last few years building AI products of my own, and the automation systems that run them in the background. Everything on this page is running right now, on my own businesses, with my own money on the line. That's the standard your build gets held to.

I take on a small number of builds at a time, I quote a fixed price before any work starts, and if I don't think automation will pay for itself in your case, I'll tell you on the call and save us both the time.
