Case — paid advertising
Ads that make themselves, and learn what works
My recipe app, TastyGenie, was paying £20 for every new customer on Meta. Every ad was made by hand: slow, expensive, impossible to test at any real volume.
So I built a pipeline of AI agents that script the ad, generate the presenter, assemble and caption the video, ship it, and then read the results to decide what to make next. I cut TastyGenie's Meta ads cost-per-acquisition from £20 to £1–3.
Result
£20 → £1–3 per customer. My money, my ad account: I'll show you the dashboard on the call.
